Internationalism

We want students to look at the world around us and demonstrate a positive outlook on migration and travel; develop trust, tolerance and respect for other cultures and traditions;to be aware of global issues such as poverty, hunger, inequality and climate change, and their roles in promoting change. We want students to be able to think critically and independently regarding international issues in the news and on social media and be able to form their own opinions on such issues. We want to build mutually beneficial relationships with our partnership schools abroad and share their cultures and traditions with each other, thus increasing awareness of internationalism across the school for all staff and students.

All students in years 7-10 are invited to sit down for a meal to celebrateEID, Christmas, Diwali and Vaisakhi as part of celebrating differentcultures and religions.
