Our tutor programme aims to cultivate confident, well-informed, and socially conscious individuals prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world.​

At our school, personal development is an important part of our curriculum, and our tutor programme reflects this commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals. Each morning, students engage in a variety of activities designed to enhance their academic, social, and personal skills. Through independent revision sessions, students have the opportunity to reinforce their understanding of key subjects and take ownership of their learning. Whole class reading sessions at KS3 foster a love for literature and critical thinking skills, while Economist Topical Talk discussions encourage students to explore current events and develop their opinions on global issues. Additionally, safeguarding information is regularly shared to ensure students feel safe and supported within our school community. Our tutor programme also dedicates time to exploring career pathways and developing essential skills for future success. Moreover, we integrate the promotion of fundamental British values into our daily discussions, fostering a sense of inclusivity, respect, and civic responsibility among our students. ​
